Chad Locridice received a letter from HOA attorneys discussing possible foreclosure, liens, and overall threatening language over a missing HOA payment. He had a serious brain injury at the time and that makeup payments were sent back, and he was ignored. He visited the office and left messages, but his payments were rejected, and the bill grew.
